KidsCook April 30, 2011 - Spring Vegetable Risotto

Spring is in the air and KidsCook was buzzing with activity last Saturday. On the menu :

Spring Vegetable Risotto with Pan-Seared Chicken





and Italian Marinated Strawberries with Pistachio Shortbread Cookies




The ingredients :






A brother-sister pose with Valentine and Sacha...



First, there are lots of veggies to peel and chop ...
