Mexico and "Cinco de Mayo"

!Hola!

Last week at KidsCreate our students discovered the adventures of our dolls in Mexico.
Our friend Mauricio Sánchez de la Paz took the dolls to the most important monument in Mexico City which is called, "El angel de la independencia". This monument was built in the 100th anniversary of Mexico´s independence in 1910 and the independence heroes are buried in this site.

Some of his friends from work went along with him and decided to take a group picture with the dolls. Here they are ...

To celebrate "Cinco de Mayo" (a Mexican holiday that is very big in America), we tasted salsa with nacho chips and made tissue paper flowers and "papel picado".

Wednesday's class with their "papel picado"

!Adios! until next week ...
