Flat Stanley from Oklahoma visits Paris with Marius

Our Flat Stanley guest from Oklahoma spend a wonderful, wintery weekend with Marius in Paris.

They took the métro (underground train) to






Place de la Concorde, where they saw the Obelisk



Flat Stanley got to ride in the stroller with Marius' little brother



Wow ! A ferris wheel ("La Grande Roue" in French) !



They decided to take a spin in it...




Going up... A view of Place de la Concorde and the Assemblée Nationale (France's legislative body) in the distance


Going higher... I can see the Seine River



and the Hôtel Crillon, Opéra, Sacré-Coeur, Madeleine...


and the Tuileries and the Louvre...







The Eiffel Tower !



and now for a visit of the Louvre









What a great way to visit Paris !

Now we are off to Marius' house to warm up and decorate for Christmas ...
